Domani sarò a Pesaro per partecipare ad una tavola rotonda sul tema “Marketing e Politica” presso il workshop/seminario “Conversazioni dal basso” organizzato dall’Università di Urbino per “riflettere e giocare con i social media”. C’è tanta bella genta, compresi gli amici di Spindoc…credo sarà una giornata divertente ed interessante, quindi se siete in zona non mancate ;-)

    Ciao a tutti,

    ho letto sul gionale La stampa (nella versione web) che il 27 maggio 2008 ci sarà un recruitment online dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 19.30 collegandosi al sito http://events.unisfair.com/rt/accenture~eventosap, i candidati saranno ospitati nella sede virtuale di Accenture, e potranno affrontare il colloquio e incontrare gli executive dell’azienda.

    Questo sarà il futuro nei colloqui di lavoro? Voi che ne dite??

    E chi può dirlo…sicuramente potrebbe essere un modo per fare una prima scrematura sopratutto su candidati “fuori sede” ed inoltre valutare le capacità dei candidati di utilizzare le nuove tecnologie…ma per quanto mi riguarda il “contatto umano” rimarrà ancora per qualche tempo fondamentale per una valutazione completa del profilo dei candidati
